Core Aeration is the mechanical process of removing soil and thatch plugs, allowing beneficial air, water, and nutrients to reach the root zone. Aeration should be a regular part of any annual lawn maintenance program to keep soil compaction and thatch in check and increase root development and water retention, giving your lawn the breathing room it needs to thrive.

Bio-Stimulant Applications
This program is meant to support and enhance your regular fertilization schedule. Bio-stimulants improve the soil to help your fertilization treatments work better. Bio stimulants are materials that when used in small quantities can help stimulate grass growth. This is not a replacement for regular fertility but instead, are there to optimize it.
In a nutshell, they supercharge your lawn growth, improve soil chemistry, and stimulate roots, rhizomes, and stolons in your grass.
Good news is that optimization comes with efficiency so you can, over time, use less macro fertilizer and still get the same or even better results overall. That’s why the pros use bio-stimulants! 4 bio-stimulant products used over 6 applications, spring, summer and fall. Cost $325
